Keramikplatte Technology

In 2007, we developed a ceramic barrier that enables us to design and build buildings with the highest possible indoor temperature stability. Buildings constructed with the Keramikplatte technology guarantee the lowest achievable energy consumption for heating in winter and cooling in summer.

To build the Keramikplatte barrier, we use pure expanded clay (fired clay) without any mortars. This is currently a unique solution worldwide. It has nothing in common with the commonly used expanded clay concrete.

The technology was inspired, among other things, by the philosophy of half-timber construction — combining ceramics with structural wood.

Designed Keramikplatte barriers have no thermal bridges, thanks to uniform thermal parameters across every cross-section of the barrier.

For designing and building, we use only low-processed materials. We do not use petroleum-based materials or materials containing formaldehydes. We do not use polystyrene.

Our solution is friendly to people and living organisms.

The comfortable spaces we build are always dry. The characteristics of the material connections do not promote moisture condensation in the barriers or inside rooms, and therefore do not promote the growth of mold or fungi.

Acoustics in Keramikplatte buildings are appropriate for the ceramic external wall technology. Interior surfaces have parameters typical of gypsum plasters or clay plasters.

We use non-combustible materials with the highest fire resistance classification.

Depending on the product line and the construction of our solutions, completed buildings come with a 25-year or 50-year warranty.

Our autonomous buildings are characterized by the lowest possible energy consumption among all technologies offered on the market.

The solution is protected by patents.

We cooperate with the market in conducting training and granting licenses.
